About Dreadlocks Houston
Dreadlocks Houston is a dreadlocks salon run by Stella, a loctician who trained in Houston and who has more than 10 years’ experience.
Stella is able to work with hair of all types, which includes European, Asian, and Afro.
Our loctician will only use a crochet hook and natural hair care products for her starting and maintaining dreadlocks processes. That’s because the crochet does not damage the hair as will other methods.
Dreadlocks Houston is opposed to using chemicals or wax.

Dreadlocks Houston offers whole heads and half heads as well as maintenance, removal and repair.

Dreadlocks maintenance
The price for dreadlocks maintenance is fixed independently of how much Stella will work on your hair. She will charge $180.
Stella will use a crochet only as far as maintenance on your dreadlocks goes. This means that her work is completely organic and natural. She never uses chemicals or wax.
Our loctician advises you to maintain your locs 4 times per year.
Dreadlocks installation
Please be aware that is a lengthy process which can take between 3 and 12 hours. The actual time will always depend on how long or thick your hair is and how big you want your dreadlocks to be.
We only install organic dreadlocks with a crochet. There will be no glue, chemicals or wax involved in the process.
If you wish to get some dreadlocks installed, your hair has to be at least 15 cm long.
